Yes. As long as the B312 exposes the classic Huawei XML API at 192.168.8.1 (the same one its admin page uses), the app can control it.
Can I lock LTE bands on the B312?
Yes, if the B312's firmware exposes the band list. Pin the strongest band at your location, or combine bands with carrier aggregation combos like B3+B1+N40.
Does SMS work on the B312?
Depends on the firmware. If the B312's API doesn't expose SMS, the app automatically hides the feature.
